Tallinn in a blue dress
The short winter days in the northern latitudes also have their beautiful sides. In Tallinn, six hours of sunshine are possible at the end of December – sunrise is around half past nine, sunset at half past four. After that, on grey winter days, the most beautiful time of day begins – followed by the blue hour. Tallinn is slowly being wrapped in a deep blue dress. Together with the impressive urban lighting concept, the city presents itself from its most beautiful side between four and five.
