Patagonia is the name of the part of South America that lies south of the Río Colorado in Argentina and Río Bío Bío in Chile and north of the Strait of Magellan.
When is the best time to travel to Patagonia?
If you don’t want to ski, the best time to travel is between November and March.
Round trip or one-way road trip?
I recommend taking a one-way road trip. The distances are very long and the roads are not always in perfect condition. During a round trip, the radius of the trip is automatically limited.
Is it worth hiking or trekking?
A trip is definitely not complete without trekking. I recommend trekking outside the Torres des Paines National Park.
