Instacrush – 7 Instagramers who inspire

And suddenly the hot month of July is already a thing of the past and it’s #igTravelThursday time again. Last month, I told you five mountain lake tips that are still relevant in view of the renewed heat wave. In July, I myself was mostly in the mountains – Fribourg Region, Crans-Montana, Lötschental and Uri – and it looks correspondingly “mountain-heavy” on my Instagram feed at the moment. And it will continue to be “mountain-heavy” in August. From Friday to Sunday I will post you live pictures of the Toggenburg High Trail. We are tackling the first three stages and are already excited about what awaits us on the way.

In today’s post, I would like to recommend seven Instagrammers who inspire me every day with pictures and texts. I’m always fascinated by how many creative people are buzzing around Instagram.

I don’t think I have to say much about the pictures of @eljackson except “wow, he’s just got it”. Equally worth reading is his blog, where he reports on his outdoor adventures.

We met the Frenchwoman @anneeeck in Geneva. I like her minimalist style, where everything in the square looks simple and chic. If you’re looking for more inspiration for your Instagram feed, you’ll find more great recommendations on her blog.

Quite simply beautiful landscapes can be found at @explorators.

@anidenkt was also with us in Geneva. Not only does she post pictures with feel-good potential, but she also shares enchanting travel stories and anecdotes from everyday life on her blog.

From “Ice cream makes you happy” to beer gardens, @_hannesthun shares snippets of everyday life on his Instagram account that make me smile.

He’s Mister Milky Way. No one captures the starry sky more beautifully than @gullerpat and with his interesting picture of the new suspension bridge near Bellwald-Fürwangen, he inspired me to make a detour there.

Unfortunately, sustainable travel still indulges in a niche existence. This makes the contributions of @hollightly, who has founded a “sustainability design bible” with her blog, all the more exciting. There are reports on fair trade, organic products and regionality.
