Are you planning a short trip to the south of France or would you like to spend your next vacation on the French Riviera between Marseilles and Nice? Then I can definitely help you with my Southern France travel tips.

In recent years we have taken various trips to the south of France and explored some of the most beautiful places in the region. One of my highlights on the Côte d’Azur is the road trip along the Route du Mimosa. In the 130 kilometers between the perfume town of Grasse and the coastal town of Bormes-les-Mimosas, the bright yellow blooming mimosas (an acacia plant) provide a blaze of color par excellence at the beginning of spring. In the following articles I will not only show you the top sights in southern France, but also tell you some insider tips in the hinterland.
